* PROCESSING TIME: Verification of the order, preparation, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipment within 72 hours of ordering. The manufacturer processes orders, which takes one to two additional days.

* SHIPPING TIME: This is the time required for the items to be dispatched from our warehouse to their destination. The estimated shipping time is between 7 and 20 days.

NOTE : Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please be advised that the delivery date may vary due to covid-19, extremely high demand or seasonal holidays. Delivery to remote/rural areas might take longer than usual too. We want you to love our products, however, if your order is wrong, damaged or faulty, we provide returns, refunds and/or exchanges.

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

– The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

– The item must be in the original packaging.

– The item shouldn’t have been used in any way

– The item is not part of our “non-refundable items”.

– The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery

– The item must not be a change of mind

– You should provide proof of purchase and proof of faulty items (if faulty)

We accept exchanges only if the order was wrong and if they follow the same conditions as returns

In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
